Day 1

4:00 PM: Plan to arrive at Bozeman Airport by 4pm

6:00 PM: Meet & Greet Reception and Cocktails

7:30 PM: Dinner with new friends

8:30 PM: Bonfire & Brews

Day 2

7:30 AM: Yoga & Stretch

8:15 AM: Healthy Breakfast

9:00 AM: Morning Activity: Snowmobiling 101 and off to the park

12:00 PM: Lunch & Learn

2:00 PM: Afternoon Activity: Snowmobiling to Old Faithful

6:00 PM: Becoming a Boss Lady with Money

7:00 PM: Dinner & Drinks (Cooking & Mixology Class with Kym)

8:30 PM: Sisterhood & Relaxation

Day 3

7:30 AM: Yoga & Stretch

8:15 AM: Healthy Breakfast

9:00 AM: Morning Activity: Explore Yellowstone guided tour on snowmobile

12:00 PM: Lunch at the Park

3:00 PM: Afternoon Activity: Your choice-Spa time or more Snowmobiling

6:30PM: Dinner & Drinks with Generational Wealth Seminar

8:00 PM: Game night!

Day 4

7:30 AM: Head to Big Sky Ski Area - Breakfast en route

9:00 AM: Ski or Snowboard, pick up gear and hit the mountain

1:00 PM: Meet for Lunch at the lodge

2:00 PM: Afternoon Activity: Get back on the slopes

4:30 PM: Head back to the cabin

6:30 PM: Wine & Wealth

7:00 PM: Farewell Dinner & Drinks

Day 5

10:00 AM: Pack up and Head to the Airport, we miss you already!

Montana Snowmobiling Yellowstone Retreat 2025 Deposit.  $750 due to hold your spot, refundable until 10/1/24.  After 10/1/24 retreat is 50% refundable.  Sorry, no refunds after 12/1/24 as we have to book snowmobiles, guides, etc. 

Kym will contact you to set up your payment plan.  If you would like a private room the private room fee must be booked at the same time as the deposit so that we have enough rooms for any private room bookings.  

Shared queen bedroom (sleeps 2) or shared twin bedroom (sleeps 3) with shared bath $2795 

Shared king bedroom (sleeps 2) with private bath:  $2895 

Private king bedroom (sleeps 1) with private bath:  $3290 

Private queen bedroom (sleeps 1) shared bath:  $2995
